1. What I collect
- Name
- Email address
- Business name (if you provide one)
- Business location (if you provide one)
- Type of work, budget range, and target launch date (from the form)
- Anything you write in the project details field
2. Why I collect it
- To reply to your project inquiry.
- To prepare a written quote.
- To manage project communication if we move forward.
3. How long I keep it
I keep inquiry records only as long as I need them to reply, prepare a quote, and manage related project communication or basic business records. Email hello@ndystudios.com any time to ask me to delete your inquiry.
4. Who I share it with
I don’t sell your details. I don’t share them, except with the tools I need to run the website, send email, host the project, and collect basic analytics (for example email delivery and hosting providers). Those tools only see what they need to operate.
