Studio · Santa Maria, Bulacan

Small studio,
direct work.

I'm Neil, a designer-developer from Santa Maria, Bulacan. I help small businesses turn messy online presence into clear, fast, useful websites. You work directly with me from brief to launch, so nothing gets lost between design, code, and handoff.

Currently finishing a CS degree, but working like a small production studio: scoped deliverables, written handoffs, versioned releases, and clear communication.

Class of 2026.

  • No account manager
  • No bloated agency process
  • No junior team hidden in the credits
  • Just clear scope, careful design, clean implementation, and a usable handoff

008Frequently asked

The things every
client asks first.

If your question is not here, send a note from the form below. I’ll answer it on a quick call.

01How long does a typical project take?
Landing pages usually launch in 14 days. Full websites usually take 4 to 6 weeks. Brand and web projects usually take 8 to 12 weeks depending on scope, content, and feedback speed. Timelines go in the contract.
02Who owns the website after launch?
You do. After final payment, the website files, content, and agreed assets are handed over or connected to your own accounts where possible.
03Can I update the site myself?
For CMS projects, yes. I set up basic editable content and provide a short handoff guide so you can update text, photos, and contact details without writing code.
04What do you need from me to start?
Business details, logo if you have one, photos, services or menu list, contact information, and one person who can approve decisions during the project.
05Do you provide hosting and domain setup?
I can help set it up, but the domain, hosting, and paid tools should stay under your business account. Typical third-party costs are around ₱500 per month for hosting and ₱700 per year for a domain.
06What happens if I delay content?
Timelines depend on approved content and feedback. If content is delayed, the launch date may move. I will flag this early and adjust the schedule in writing.
07Do you write the copy?
Light copy cleanup is included. Full copywriting is quoted separately or you can bring your own writer.
08Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. I can audit what is already there, keep what works, and rebuild the parts that need improvement. A site audit is a good first step if you are not sure how much to change.
09Do you work outside Bulacan?
Yes. Most of the work happens over video and shared drives, so location barely matters. I work with businesses across Metro Manila and the rest of the Philippines.
10What is not included in the fixed price?
Photography (I can recommend a local photographer), copywriting beyond a light review, and third-party tooling: hosting, domain, and any CMS subscriptions if needed.
11What happens after launch?
Every project comes with 30 days of small fixes after launch. After that, you can self-manage with the handoff guide or move to the optional Care plan for ongoing updates.
12How do payments work?
50% to reserve the project, 50% before launch. Bank transfer or GCash for local clients. International clients can pay via Wise. Invoice and receipt for every payment.
13How many revisions do I get?
Two design revision rounds are included. Additional rounds are quoted before work continues so there are no surprise costs.
14How do we communicate during the project?
Most updates are async over email or chat. Calls are used only when they help move the project forward. Each phase ends with a clear handoff.
